Laat 19e eeuws, eclectisch, in schoonwerk opgetrokken, blokvormig pand met verdieping onder met leien gedekt omlopend schilddak met hoekschoorstenen. Gevels afgesloten met forse kroonlijst - aan de voorzijde voorzien van consoles, cassetten en tandlijsten - voorzien van hardstenen lijsten en aan de voorzijde gedecoreerd met plint tot vensterbank-hoogte, met hardstenen diamantkoppen in de hoek- en middenlisenen en met hardstenen balkon op consoles boven de dubbele neo-renaissance deur met bovenlicht in het midden. In voor-, achter- en rechter zijgevel getoogde schuifvensters. Boven het midden van de voorgevel een bakstenen dakkapel met aan weerszijden een oeil-de-bouef. Tegen de rechter zijgevel een aangebouwde serre onder met leien gedekt omlopend schilddak, dat rust op gietijzeren kolommen met sierstukken in de zwikken, met onderlangs de goot een sierrand van gietijzer. Description
Late 19th century, eclectic, finely-finished block-shaped building with storey under an all-around hipped roof covered with slates and with corner chimneys. Facades terminated with a heavy cornice - on the front provided with consoles, cassettes and dentil moulding - furnished with ashlar bands and on the front decorated with plinth to window-sill height, with ashlar diamond shapes in the corner and central bands and with ashlar balcony on consoles above the double neo-Renaissance door with fanlight in the centre. In front, rear and right side facades arched sash windows. Above the centre of the front facade a brick roof dormer with an oeil-de-bouef on each side. Against the right side facade an attached conservatory under an all-around hipped roof covered with slates, which rests on cast-iron columns with ornamental pieces in the pendentives, with a decorative cast-iron border along the bottom of the gutter. On the rear courtyard an elongated coach house with raised central section under a hipped roof covered with slates with an inserted cap against a stepped gable and with side wings under gabled roofs covered with slates. Along the gutters and cornice lines a decorative cast-iron border. Arched window and door openings.
