Omschrijving
Te rechterzijde van de kerk van de Evangelische Broedergemeente aansluitend PASTORIEGEBOUW, gelijktijdig in eclectische trant naar ontwerp van D.E.L. van den Arend in 1876 uitgevoerd in baksteen met hardstenen plint met twee bouwlagen onder deels met pannen, deels met zink gedekte mansardekap met omlopende kroonlijst.
De ingang, met omlijsting, bovenlicht en luifel, bevindt zich in het midden van de overigens blinde rechterzijgevel en wordt mede geaccentueerd door de getoogde dakkapel met omlijsting.
De gevel aan de straatzijde bevat boven en beneden elk vier getoogde T-vensters, en voorts witgepleisterde hoek- en middenpilasters en cordonlijsten.
In de achtergevel eveneens getoogde T-vensters.

Description
PARSONAGE BUILDING adjoining on the right side of the church of the Evangelical Brethren Community, simultaneously executed in eclectic style according to design by D.E.L. van den Arend in 1876 in brick with stone plinth and two storeys under a partly tile-covered, partly zinc-covered mansard roof with running cornice.
The entrance, with surround, fanlight and canopy, is situated in the centre of the otherwise blank right side façade and is also accented by the arched roof dormer with surround.
The street-facing façade contains above and below each four arched T-windows, and further white-rendered corner and centre pilasters and string courses.
Arched T-windows also in the rear façade.
Parsonage building characteristic for its period of simple eclectic architecture, of importance as a component alongside the contemporary church of the Evangelical Brethren Community designed by the same architect.
