Omschrijving
Hoekpand Markt-Kaaystraat met ingezwenkte lijstgevel aan de Markt. Was in oorsprong een gecementeerd pand met symmetrische gevelindeling, XVIII-XIX. Werd in 1967 ingrijpend gerestaureerd c.q. gereconstrueerd. De hoofdvorm en het zesruits schuifvenster in de topgevel bleven gehandhaafd, evenals (de plaats van) de zesruits schuifvensters in de zijgevel.

Description
Corner property Markt-Kaaystraat with angled cornice-topped facade at the Markt. Was originally a cemented property with symmetrical facade layout, 18th-19th century. Was extensively restored and/or reconstructed in 1967. The main form and the six-pane sash window in the top gable remained maintained, as well as (the position of) the six-pane sash windows in the side facade.
