Omschrijving
KETELHUIS. Met de dienstvleugel van het remisegebouw geintegreerde, twee bouwlagen tellend, ketelhuis onder plat dak. Aan de zijde van de Ter Borchstraat een tweetal luiken boven elkaar, waarvan een met onderverdeeld bovenlicht; op de afgeschuinde zijde en in de gevel aan de zijde van de Frans Halsstraat op elke bouwlaag een, respectievelijk drie getoogde vensters met kleine stalen onderverdeling.
Terzijde van de smederij een hoogopgaande gemetselde schoorsteen.
Voor het overige is de architectonische vormgeving van het ketelhuis verwant met die van de overige gebouwen.
Ketelhuis met bijbehorende schoorsteen van belang als functioneel complex-onderdeel.

Description
BOILER HOUSE. A two-storey boiler house integrated with the service wing of the remise building, with a flat roof. On the side of the Ter Borchstraat two shutters one above the other, one of which has a fanlight with glazing bars; on the chamfered side and in the façade on the side of the Frans Halsstraat on each storey one, respectively three arched windows with small steel glazing bars.
Beside the smithy a tall built-up masonry chimney.
