REMISEGEBOUW c.a.
Het als een hal geconstrueerde remisegebouw bevat vier sprongsgewijze in lengte toenemende tramstallingsruimten, elk voorzien van drie inrijbanen met rails, perrons te weerszijden, en een verhoogde lichtkap in het midden, alsmede aan de noordzijde van de Ter Borchstraat en door een met muur en toegangshek afgesloten binnenplaats onderbroken reeks aaneengesloten dienstruimten, waaronder een smederij met smidse en een stookruimte met schoorsteen. De architectonische vormgeving van het gebouw sluit aan op de reeds bij monumentnummer 353811 gegeven omschrijving.
Het feitelijk remisegedeelte telt aan de zijde van de Frans Halsstraat en de Parallelweg twaalf vensterassen, corresponderend met de inrijbanen, terwijl de vier langgerekte lichtkappen erboven telkens worden afgesloten door topgevels met natuurstenen afdekplaten en bekroningen; zij waren in oorsprong elk voorzien van een houten luik. De kortste stallingsruimte, aan de Wouwermansstraat, telt acht vensterassen, de volgende ruimten zijn telkens ter lengte van twee vensterassen uitgebreid. Het betreft alle getoogde vensters met kleine stalen onderverdeling. De hoge smalle inrijdeuren aan de binnenplaatszijde zijn in de benedenhelft van panelen en in de bovenhelft van glasruiten voorzien, alsmede van sierlijke gehengen.
Inwendig bevat het remisegedeelte de oorspronkelijke draagconstructie, bestaande uit stalen I-kolommen en geklonken vakwerkliggers, terwijl de bakstenen buitenmuren aan de binnenzijde van steunberen zijn voorzien en de lichtkappen van houten spanten. Van de perrons resteert eveneens de oorspronkelijke stalen draagconstructie, waarmee tevens de tramrails zijn verbonden. Zowel in- als uitwendig bevindt zich aan de bovenzijde de nummeraanduiding van 1 tot en met 12 van de inrijbanen. Bij de uiteinden van de trambanen zijn trappen gesitueerd naar de onderliggende reparatieruimten.
De in verwante trant gebouwde, lagere, dienstruimten bezitten getoogde vensters van verschillend formaat, deels gekoppeld, en een platte afdekking. Deels zijn zij geintegreerd met de gebouwen onder monumentnummer 353821 en 353827.

The tram depot building, constructed as a hall, contains four tramway stalling spaces increasing in length in steps, each provided with three access lanes with rails, platforms on both sides, and a raised roof light in the centre, as well as on the north side of the Ter Borchstraat and interrupted by a service courtyard enclosed with wall and access gate a series of connected service rooms, including a smithy with forge and a stoking room with chimney. The architectural design of the building corresponds with the description already given under monument number 353811.
The actual depot section has on the side of the Frans Halsstraat and the Parallelweg twelve window bays, corresponding with the access lanes, while the four long roof lights above are each concluded by gable ends with natural stone coping plates and crowning features; originally each was provided with a wooden shutter. Of the platforms the original steel load-bearing structure likewise remains, to which the tramway rails are also connected. Both internally and externally at the top the numbering from 1 to 12 of the access lanes is found. At the ends of the tram tracks stairs are situated leading to the underlying repair rooms.
The service rooms, built in a related manner, lower, possess arched windows of varying size, partly coupled, and a flat roof. Partly they are integrated with the buildings under monument number 353821 and 353827.
