Omschrijving
Pand met restanten van voormalig Huis Lichtenbergh in de hoek van de Markt met de Stoofstraat, in 1768 gesticht, gemutileerd door het slopen van de kap. Bewaard gebleven zijn een gedeelte van de oorspronkelijke hardstenen borstwering met zwart geschilderde ornamenten en vensteromlijstingen met geprofileerde onderdorpels. Inwendig een zaal waarin een gesneden gemarmerde-geverfde schoorsteenomlijsting in Lodewijk de vijftiende vormen en waarvan ook alle overige architectonische onderdelen de wat rococo vormen uit de bouwtijd hebben bewaard. Een kleinere zaal, waarin boven de toegangsdeur naar de salon fraai stucwerk met alliantie-wapens. Aan de tuinzijde een rechte gevel met vensters in de trant van het tweede kwart van de 19e eeuw, alsmede een rococo omlijste gedenksteen, die betrekking heeft op de stichting van het huis in 1768.

Description
Building with remains of former Huis Lichtenbergh at the corner of the Markt with Stoofstraat, founded in 1768, mutilated by demolition of the roof. Preserved are part of the original ashlar breastwork with black-painted ornaments and window surrounds with moulded underpanels. Interior a hall in which a carved painted marble fireplace surround in Louis XV forms and of which all other architectural elements have retained the somewhat rococo forms from the date of construction. A smaller hall, in which above the access door to the salon fine stucco work with alliance coats of arms. On the garden side a straight facade with windows in the style of the second quarter of the 19th century, as well as a rococo-framed commemorative stone, which relates to the founding of the house in 1768.
