In oorsprong 17e eeuws BROUWERSHUIS annex BOERDERIJ en waarschijnlijk voormalig 'Leenhof' van het Stift Thorn; thans in hoofdzaak een 19e eeuws ogende, gesloten hoeven bestaande uit: -een evenwijdig aan de straat gelegen, in baksteen opgetrokken langhuis met gepleisterde plint; met in de voorgevel twee 4-ruits vensters, twee stel getoogde deeldeuren, zes 4-ruits vensters met 3-ruits bovenlicht en met luiken, een deur met gedeeld bovenlicht, een 2-ruits opkamervenster met luiken, acht 4- en 6-ruits zoldervensters en staafankers; met in de rechter zijgevel - een tuitgevel met schouderstukken - drie getoogde vensters en staafankers; onder met hollandse pannen gedekt zadeldak, rechts tegen tuitgevel en links omlopend over -een aan de linker zijde van het langhuis liggende en haaks hierop staande langsdeelschuur, waarvan het zadeldak, aan de achterzijde eindigt tegen een tuitgevel met vlechtingen -een rechts achter tegen het langhuis gebouwde, uit 1906 daterende middenlangsdeelschuur onder met pannen gedekt zadeldak tegen puntgevel; in de lange gevel aan de buitenzijde, welke afgesloten is met een lijst van siermetselwerk, een getoogd venster, twee 4-ruits vensters, twee getoogde, 8-ruits gietijzeren stalvensters en in het midden getoogde deeldeuren -een schuur, die de binnenhof aan de achterzijde afsluit; onder met pannen gedekt wolfsdak, met vlechtingen in de kopgevels.

Originally 17th-century BREWERY HOUSE annex FARMHOUSE and probably former 'Leenhof' of the Stift Thorn; now mainly a 19th-century appearance, closed farmstead consisting of: -a long house constructed in brick parallel to the street with rendered plinth; with in the front gable two 4-pane windows, two sets of arched half-doors, six 4-pane windows with 3-pane fanlight and with shutters, a door with divided fanlight, a 2-pane loft room window with shutters, eight 4- and 6-pane attic windows and rod anchors; with in the right side gable -a spout gable with corner pieces- three arched windows and rod anchors; under Dutch pantile covered gabled roof, continuing on the right against spout gable and on the left over -a longitudinal barn section lying on the left side of the long house and standing right-angled to it, of which the gabled roof on the rear side ends against a spout gable with wattle and daub -a middle-longitudinal barn section constructed on the right rear against the long house, dating from 1906, under pantile covered gabled roof against pointed gable; in the long gable on the outside, which is closed off with a list of ornamental masonry, an arched window, two 4-pane windows, two arched, 8-pane cast-iron barn windows and in the middle arched half-doors -a barn, which closes off the courtyard at the rear; under pantile covered half-hipped roof, with wattle and daub in the gable ends.
