Omschrijving
Uit 1898 daterend, naar ontwerp van J.Dony gebouwd, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, vlakgedekt HOEKPAND met verdieping en met omlopend, met leien gedekt dakschild aan de straatzijde.
Middenrisaliet in oostgevel en risalerende 2e en 5e travee in zuidgevel bekroond door rijk gedecoreerde tuitgevel met trap en pinakels.
Gevels met hardstenen plint, banden en decoratieve details in natuursteen en afgesloten door gemetselde kroonlijst met consoles en gele tegeltjes.
Op de beganegrond getoogde venster- en deuropeningen; middelste 4 traveeën van zuidgevel gewijzigd.
Op de verdieping rechtgesloten ramen in getoogde en rondgesloten vensters met tegeltjes in de boogvelden; glas-in-lood in de bovenlichten. Dakkapellen onder met zink gedekte ingesnoerde tentdakjes.

Description
Dating from 1898, built to designs by J. Dony, constructed in fine brickwork, a CORNER BUILDING with storey and with surrounding roof edge covered with slates on the street side.
Central projection in east gable and projecting 2nd and 5th bays in south gable crowned by richly decorated spout gavel with steps and pinnacles.
Gevels with hard stone plinth, bands and decorative details in natural stone and terminated by laid-up cornice with consoles and yellow tiles.
On the ground floor arched window and door openings; middle 4 bays of south gavel modified.
On the storey square-headed windows in arched and round-headed windows with tiles in the arch fields; stained glass in the fanlights. Roof dormers below with zinc-covered constricted tent roof tiles.
