In oorsprong 17e eeuws (?) eenvoudig, verdiepingloos pand onder pannen zadeldak, schild aan achterzijde met aanbouw onder lessenaarsdak; voorgevel; pui opgetrokken in baksteen, houten voorschot, overige wanden van hout (rabat) op lage bakstenen voet; voorzien van 6-ruitsschuifvensters in voor- en linkerzijgevel; deur met bovenlicht met ingezwenkte ruitmotief en afgeronde hoeken; in punttop een 12-ruitsvenster; eenvoudige makelaar.

Originally 17th century (?) simple, single-storey building under a tiled saddle roof, shield on rear side with outbuilding under a lean-to roof; front facade; storefront constructed of brick, wooden front beam, remaining walls of wood (rabat) on a low brick base; provided with 6-pane sash windows in front and left side facade; door with fanlight with inset lattice motif and rounded corners; in the pointed gable a 12-pane window; simple cornice.
