BRUG VOOR POORTGEBOUW. Bakstenen boogbrug, in oorsprong zeventiende-eeuws, gewijzigd in de negentiende eeuw.
Aan de zijde van de Elswoutslaan bruggehoofd met naar buiten wijkende keermuren; aan de zijde van het poortgebouw verbreding met convexe keermuren. Gesloten bakstenen leuningen, aan onder- en bovenzijde geaccentueerd door bakstenen lijsten bestaande uit een overkragende laag en een nog verder overkragende rollaag. De leuningen eindigen aan de zijde van de Elswoutslaan tegen vierkante, door natuurstenen platen gedekte pijlers.

Description
BRIDGE FOR THE GATEHOUSE. Brick arch bridge, originally seventeenth-century, modified in the nineteenth century.
On the Elswoutslaan side bridge abutment with outward-projecting retaining walls; on the gatehouse side widening with convex retaining walls. Closed brick railings, accentuated at the upper and lower sides by brick band courses consisting of an overhanging course and a further overhanging roll course. The railings end on the Elswoutslaan side against square piers topped with stone slabs.
