Ten zuidoosten van het machinehuis en ten opzichte daarvan terugspringend het in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken KETELHUIS zonder verdieping onder met grijze pannen gedekt zadeldak met op de nok twee houten roosterkappen heeft door penanten in vijf vakken onderverdeelde zijgevels met aan de bovenzijde een uitgemetseld fries, gladde kopgevels en een in blokvorm gepleisterde plint aan de waterzijde; in de kopgevels hoge, rechtgesloten vensters met 9-ruits bovenraam en 4-ruits onderraam; in de ZW-gevel een dubbele deur met getoogd, 16-ruits bovenlicht en een gietijzeren roosvenster in de geveltop; in de NO-gevel een deur en twee gekoppelde 6-ruits vensters; aan de NO-zijde door een gemetseld kanaal met het gebouw verbonden een restant van de gesloopte schoorsteen.
In het interieur: zijwanden door penanten in vijf velden verdeeld; ziende kap; twee Lancashire-ketels (twee vuurgangen) en een Cornwall-ketel (een vuurgang), alle in 1918 vervaardigd door Gebr. Stork & Co te Hengelo (Ov.)

Description
To the south-east of the machine house and set back in relation to it the BOILER HOUSE constructed in fine brickwork without basement under a grey-tiled gabled roof with two wooden ventilation gratings on the ridge has side walls divided by pilasters into five bays with at the top an embossed frieze, smooth gable ends and a blocky rendered plinth on the water side; in the gable ends high, closed-top windows with 9-pane upper frame and 4-pane lower frame; in the SW wall a double door with arched, 16-pane fanlight and a cast-iron ventilation window in the gable top; in the NE wall a door and two coupled 6-pane windows; on the NE side connected to the building by a masonry channel a remnant of the demolished chimney.
In the interior: side walls divided by pilasters into five fields; scissor-truss roof; two Lancashire boilers (two fireboxes) and one Cornwall boiler (one firebox), all manufactured in 1918 by Gebr. Stork & Co in Hengelo (Ov.)
