Omschrijving
Binnen het beschermde dorpsgezicht Plaat-Diependaal gelegen, hoofdzakelijk in 18e- en 19e-eeuws vakwerk en ten dele in baksteen opgetrokken HOEVECOMPLEX (niet meer als zodanig in gebruik) rond binnenplaats, bij het woongedeelte met verdieping en onder met Hollandse pannen gedekte zadeldaken (met schild).
Aan de noordzijde van de binnenplaats het woongedeelte met verdieping onder zadeldak (nok I straat) en met tegen de oostgevel een lagere aanbouw met verdieping onder zadeldak (nok I straat) met schild en afhang over aanbouw aan de noordzijde.
Aan de oost- en zuidzijde de schuren op L-vormige plattegrond.
De gevels, waarvan het vakwerk ten dele vervangen c.q. beklampt is door metselwerk, hebben een, ten dele zwart geverfde, stenen voet, zwart stijl- en regelwerk en met leem gevulde vakken, die evenals het metselwerk witgeschilderd zijn.
In het woongedeelte kleine en grotere 4- en 6-ruits vensters.
Vanwege de constructie, de hoofdvorm en de samenhang met het beschermde dorpsgezicht een goed en representatief voorbeeld van 18e en 19e eeuwse vakwerkbouw en als zodanig van belang uit oogpunt van oudheidkundige en volkskundige waarde.

Description
Located within the protected village scene of Plaat-Diependaal, constructed principally in 18th and 19th century half-timbered work and partly in brick, FARMHOUSE COMPLEX (no longer in use as such) around an inner courtyard, at the residential section with upper storey and covered below with Dutch tiles under gabled roofs (with half-hipped end).
On the north side of the inner courtyard the residential section with upper storey under gabled roof (ridge to street) and with a lower extension against the east facade with upper storey under gabled roof (ridge to street) with half-hipped end and overhang over extension on the north side.
On the east and south sides the barns on an L-shaped plan.
The facades, of which the half-timbering is partly replaced or covered by brickwork, have a, partly black-painted, stone base, black stiles and rails and bays filled with clay, which like the brickwork are whitewashed.
In the residential section small and larger 4- and 6-pane windows.
Because of the construction, the principal form and the relationship with the protected village scene, a fine and representative example of 18th and 19th century half-timbered construction and as such of significance from the point of view of archaeological and ethnological value.
