In oorsprong wellicht 18e-eeuwse T-BOERDERIJ met zomerhuis, destijds genaamd Amstelzicht.
Het hoofdgebouw (nr 8) bevat een deels onderkelderd bakstenen dwarshuis en een achterbouw onder samenstel van rieten schild- en wolfdaken; de witgepleisterde voorgevel is voorzien van een zwarte plint, een onderkelderde opkamer te linkerzijde - met twee keldervensters en twee vensters met kleine roedenverdeling - en van twee schuifvensters met luiken te rechterzijde en een klein venster bij de kapverdieping; in het midden een geschilderd wapenschild.
De linkerzijgevel bezit twee keldervensters, de rechterzijgevel twee negenruitsschuifvensters in het woongedeelte van de achterbouw (waarvan het stalgedeelte is gemoderniseerd).
Het door middel van een tussenlid met het hoofdgebouw verbonden zomerhuis, dat in oorsprong mogelijk eveneens 18e-eeuws is, is opgetrokken in baksteen onder rieten zadeldak; de voorgevel bevat beneden twee negenruits-schuifvensters en in de top, die van een houten beschot is voorzien, een zesruitsvenster; in de rechterzijgevel twee vensters met roedenverdeling.

Description
Originally possibly an 18th-century T-FARMHOUSE with summer house, at that time called Amstelzicht.
The main building (no. 8) contains a partly cellared brick transverse house and a rear building under assembly of thatched hipped and half-hipped roofs; the whitewashed front facade is provided with a black plinth, a cellared living room to the left side - with two cellar windows and two windows with small glazing bars - and with two sash windows with shutters to the right side and a small window at the roof storey; in the middle a painted coat of arms.
The left side facade possesses two cellar windows, the right side facade two nine-light sash windows in the living section of the rear building (of which the stable section has been modernised).
The summer house, connected to the main building by means of a connecting section, which in origin may likewise be 18th century, is erected in brick beneath thatched gabled roof; the front facade contains below two nine-light sash windows and in the gable, which is provided with wooden boarding, a six-light window; in the right side facade two windows with glazing bars.
Characteristic farmhouse with summer house of simple yet harmonious architecture and of archaeological value.
