Omschrijving
Gedeeltelijk onderkelderd PAND (XIX B) met drie verdiepingen onder met pannen gedekt schilddak. De drie vensterassen brede, gepleisterde - op de 1e verdieping gebosseerde - voorgevel heeft een vernieuwde pui (1979), cordonlijsten, rechtgesloten draairamen op de 1e-verdieping, getoogde vensters met T-raam en geprofileerde stucwerk omlijsting (en kuifstuk op 2e-verdieping) op 2e- en 3e-verdieping en is afgesloten met een getande gootlijst; alle vensters zijn voorzien van smeedijzeren raamhekken; boven het midden van de 1e-verdieping een balcon op rijk gedecoreerde consoles en met fraai smeedijzeren hek.
Gebouw van eenvoudige doch harmonische architectuur en van oudheidkundige waarde.

Description
Partially cellared BUILDING (second half of 19th century) with three storeys under a hipped roof with tiles. The three window-axes wide, plastered - on the 1st storey rusticated - front facade has a renewed shop front (1979), cordon mouldings, right-angled casement windows on the 1st storey, arched windows with T-bars and profiled stucco moulding (and hood section on 2nd storey) on 2nd and 3rd storey and is terminated with a dentil cornice; all windows are provided with wrought-iron window grilles; above the centre of the 1st storey a balcony on richly decorated brackets and with fine wrought-iron railing.
Building of simple yet harmonious architecture and of archaeological importance.
