Hoekpand, 18e eeuws met uitgebouwd uitwendig gepleisterd pothuis aan de Kolperstraat. Ontstaan uit samenvoeging van 't Witte Lavoir aan de Markt (1613) en St. Franciscus aan de Kolperstraat (1623, nu niet meer als zodanig herkenbaar). Hersteld 1961. Sociëteit Amicitia opgericht op de verdieping, 1789.

Description
Corner building, 18th century with extended externally plastered potting shed on Kolperstraat. Originated from merger of 't Witte Lavoir on the Market (1613) and St. Franciscus on Kolperstraat (1623, now no longer recognizable as such). Restored 1961. Society Amicitia established on the storey, 1789.
