Omschrijving
Bijzonder karakteristiek Twents boerderij-complex, bestaande uit boerderij (1886), schuur en twee aangebouwde spiekers.
De uit baksteen en op een plint van Bentheimer zandsteen rustende boerderij is van het langsdeel-type, en wordt gedekt door een aan voor- en achterzijde afgewolfd pannengedekt zadeldak met schoorsteen op de scheiding tussen woon- en bedrijfsgedeelte.
Het rechter-dakschild is over de diepte van het woonhuis gelicht om zo plaats te bieden aan een slaapkamer met vensters, i.p.v. aan bedsteden; staafankers en windveren langs de geveltop.
Spoelkamervenster, strokendeur met bovenlicht en drie zesruitsschuifvensters met luiken in de voorgevel; voor de deur bestrating van in visgraat motief gelegde Duitse ovensteentjes. De rechter-zijgevel is, wat het woongedeelte betreft, uitgerust met twee zesruitsschuifvensters met luiken; voor het overige hebben de zijgevels verschillende stroken-staldeuren en -vensters, met en zonder luiken. De achtergevel is uitgerust met grote getoogde baanderdeuren met onder- en boven strokendeur, te weerszijden waarvan een stroken staldeur, en rondboogvensters met gietijzeren tracering; en een witgeschilderd Bentheimer-zandsteenblok met hartvormige uitsparing; boven de baanderdeuren een hooiluik, staafankers; windveren en bakstenen muizetand langs de geveltop.
De deur- en vensteromlijstingen zijn verlevendigd met witgeschilderde Bentheimer-zandsteenblokken, terwijl de omlijsting der baanderdeuren rust op geprofileerde dito-zandstenen imposten; de sluitsteen is voorzien van dergelijke console, waarboven een zandstenen plaat met inscriptie:G.J.' B 1886In het woongedeelte zijn nog aanwezig de visgraat-bestrating met Duitse ovensteen, de eenvoudige geprofileerde houten schouw, kastenwand met de kast voor Goorse klok, gepaneelde- en strokendeuren, het balkenplafond en restanten van 19e eeuwse tegels met figuratieve en florale motieven.
De spoelkamer bezit nog het koelzink voor de koeling der melkbussen en de met plavuizen belegde vloer; stal- en ankerbalkgebintenconstructie van het bedrijfsgedeelte zijn ook nog intact.
Op het erf bevinden zich een houten schuur, gedeeltelijk op bakstenen voet, onder pannen gedekte afgewolfd zadeldak met aan voor- en achterzijde onderschoer en twee bakstenen 'spiekers' onder pannengedekt zadeldak, en met hout beschoten geveltop waarlangs windveren; strokendeuren met en zonder bovenlicht; vensters; staafankers.

Description
Particularly characteristic Twente farm complex, consisting of farmhouse (1886), barn and two attached granaries.
The farmhouse, constructed of brick and resting on a plinth of Bentheim sandstone, is of the longitudinal-section type, and is covered by a gabled roof laid with tiles with curved eaves at front and rear, with a chimney at the junction between residential and business sections.
The right roof slope is lifted over the depth of the residential section to accommodate a bedroom with windows instead of built-in beds; wall anchors and wind braces along the gable top.
Scullery window, ribbon door with fanlight and three six-pane sash windows with shutters in the front facade; in front of the door flooring of German oven tiles laid in herringbone pattern. The right side gable is, as far as the residential section is concerned, equipped with two six-pane sash windows with shutters; otherwise the side gables have various ribbon stable doors and windows, with and without shutters. The rear gable is equipped with large arched stable doors with upper and lower ribbon doors, on either side of which a ribbon stable door, and round-arch windows with cast-iron tracery; and a whitewashed Bentheim sandstone block with heart-shaped cavity; above the stable doors a hayloft opening, wall anchors; wind braces and brick-and-tile along the gable top.
The door and window surrounds are enlivened with whitewashed Bentheim sandstone blocks, while the surround of the stable doors rests on profiled sandstone imposts; the keystone is provided with such a console, above which a sandstone plaque with inscription: G.J.' B 1886In the residential section there remain the herringbone flooring with German oven tiles, the simple profiled wooden mantelpiece, cabinet wall with the case for the Goorse clock, panelled and ribbon doors, the timber-frame ceiling and remains of 19th century tiles with figurative and floral motifs.
The scullery still possesses the cooling sink for cooling the milk cans and the floor laid with tiles; the stable and wall anchor beam framework of the business section are also still intact.
On the farmyard there are a wooden barn, partly on brick base, covered with tiles with curved gabled roof with underbrace at front and rear, and two brick 'granaries' with tiled gabled roof, and with timber-clad gable top along which wind braces; ribbon doors with and without fanlight; windows; wall anchors.
