In oorsprong uit de 18e eeuw daterende, doch in de 19e eeuw door toevoeging van de bovenbouw uitgebreide DIENSTWONING, behorend bij "Vechtvliet", en bestaande uit een smal pand met twee volledige bouwlagen onder pannen zadeldak met licht overstek en gesneden windveren.
Aan de straatzijde is de gevel slechts een vensteras breed, met twee smalle gekoppelde vensters met keperboogvormige afsluiting in de top voor het overige zijn de vensters zesruitsschuifvensters. De linkerzijgevel telt drie vensterassen en bevat de hoofdingang, met uitgebouwd klompenhok. Aan de blinde achterzijde is een lage, niet tot de beschermde onderdelen te rekenen, serre uitgebouwd. De rechterzijgevel bevat op de verdieping twee vensters. Alle vensters - beneden van groter formaat - zijn zesruitsschuifvensters, voorzien van een bakstenen omlijsting. Tussen de verdiepingen bevindt zich een tandfries.

Description
SERVICE DWELLING originally dating from the 18th century, but extended in the 19th century by the addition of the upper storey, belonging to "Vechtvliet", and consisting of a narrow building with two complete storeys under a glazed-tile gabled roof with slight overhang and cut wind vanes.
On the street side the facade is only one window-axis wide, with two narrow coupled windows with segmental arch closure at the top, otherwise the windows are six-paned sash windows. The left side facade has three window-axes and contains the main entrance, with an outbuilding wooden-shoe shed. On the blind rear facade a low conservatory, not to be included in the protected components, has been added. The right side facade contains on the upper storey two windows. All windows - of larger size at ground level - are six-paned sash windows, provided with a brick frame. Between the storeys is a dentil frieze.
Simple service dwelling of sober 19th-century architecture, but with an older core, of significance as part of "Vechtvliet".
