Omschrijving
In oorsprong 18e eeuws hoekpand Nieuwe Sluisstraat met in midden XIX afgeronde hoek. Parterre met twee verdiepingen, omlopende kroonlijst. De begane-grond heeft een curieuze midden 19e eeuwse winkelpui met kleine roedenverdeling. De drie overige vensters in de parterre hebben negenruitsschuiframen; de venster in de beide verdiepingen hebben twintig- en vijfentwintigruitsschuiframen. Langs de Nieuwe Sluisstraat een achterhuis van parterre en verdieping (XVIII), waarin vensters met zesruitsramen.

Description
Originally an 18th century corner building Nieuwe Sluisstraat with rounded corner in mid-19th century. Ground floor with two storeys, continuous cornice. The ground floor has a curious mid-19th century shop front with small glazing bars. The three other windows on the ground floor have nine-pane sash windows; the windows in both storeys have twenty- and twenty-five pane sash windows. Along the Nieuwe Sluisstraat a rear building of ground floor and one storey (18th century) with windows with six-pane frames.
