Rechthoekig verdiepingloos PAND, zgn. karottenfabriekje, met aanbouwen onder pannen zadeldaken; korte gevels en bovenste gedeelte der lange gevels voorzien van delen (rabat); 9-ruitsvensters. Gebouwd als fabriekje bij de in 1840 naar de huidige plaats verplaatste molen "De Lelie".

Rectangular building without storey, so-called carrot factory, with outbuildings under tiled gabled roofs; short gables and upper part of the long gables furnished with panels (rabat); 9-light windows. Built as a small factory beside the mill "De Lelie" relocated to its present location in 1840.
