Het pand, vanwege een kamer met betimmering met gecanneleerde Corinthische halve zuilen, gesneden kroonlijst, plafond met allegorisch schilderstuk in ovale omlijsting van stucwerk en schouw met pilasters en schoorsteenstuk, alles tweede helft zeventiende eeuw. Afkomstig uit het pand "Brunswijk", dat gestaan heeft aan de Nieuwe Haven Noordzijde en bij de afbraak van dat huis overgebracht naar pand Westersingel 84, waarin het bij de bouw is opgenomen.

Description
The building, on account of a room with panelling with fluted Corinthian half-columns, carved cornice, ceiling with allegorical painted work in oval stucco surround and chimneypiece with pilasters and chimneypiece sculpture, all second half seventeenth century. Originating from the building "Brunswijk", which stood on the Nieuwe Haven north side and upon demolition of that house was transferred to the building Westersingel 84, into which it was incorporated upon construction.
