Omschrijving
Herv. Kerk en Toren. De zeer diepe kerk van Anjum bevat van de rond 1100 gebouwde tufstenen kerk nog een gedeelte van de noordmuur en de interessante westzijde met ingebouwde toren in de vorm van een z.g. gereduceerd westwerk. Overige drie en halve travee, en vijfzijdige sluiting van het koor en de zuidzijde van het schip zijn in verschillende perioden der 14e-16e eeuw successievelijk vernieuwd. In de kerk restanten van een sacramentshuisje, een eiken preekstoel, enige herenbanken, en zerken. Orgel met Hoofdwerk, Bovenwerk en vrij Pedaal, in 1875 gemaakt door L. van Dam en Zonen. Klokkenstoel met gelui van twee klokken, waarvan één van H. Falck, 1618, diam. 130 cm. en één van J. Borchhardt, 1742, diam. 100 cm. De laatstgenoemde klok is gescheurd en staat op één der zolders.

Description
Reformed Church and Tower. The very deep church of Anjum contains from the tufa stone church built around 1100 still a part of the north wall and the interesting west side with built-in tower in the form of a so-called reduced west work. The remaining three and a half bays, and five-sided closing of the choir and the south side of the nave were successively renewed in different periods of the 14th-16th century. In the church remains of a sacrament house, an oak pulpit, some gentlemen's pews, and gravestones. Organ with Great Work, Positive Work and free Pedal, made in 1875 by L. van Dam and Sons. Bell frame with ring of two bells, one by H. Falck, 1618, diam. 130 cm. and one by J. Borchhardt, 1742, diam. 100 cm. The latter-mentioned bell is cracked and stands on one of the lofts.
