Omschrijving
Pand bestaande uit twee bouwlagen en een kap van 9 balkvakken diep, gelegen op de hoek van de Oudegracht en de Regulierensteeg. Hoofdopzet nog 17e-eeuws, op de tweede verdieping samengestelde balklaag met enkele 17e-eeuwse sleutelstukken. Achtergevel gepleisterd, XVII. Voorgevel vernieuwd XIXA, rechte lijstgevel met dakschild. Winkelpui met kroonlijst op pilasters met korinthische kapitelen. De vensters op de eerste verdieping zijn voorzien van zonneblinden. Tussen no. 264 en 266 gemetselde boog over de Regulierensteeg. Pand van belang als voorbeeld van een eenvoudig aan de gracht gelegen winkel-woonhuis.

Description
Building consisting of two storeys and a roof truss structure of 9 bays deep, situated at the corner of the Oudegracht and the Regulierensteeg. Main structure still 17th-century, on the second floor a composite beam layer with some 17th-century keystones. Rear facade plastered, 17th century. Front facade renewed first half of 19th century, straight cornice-topped facade with roof board. Shop window with cornice on pilasters with Corinthian capitals. The windows on the first floor are fitted with blinds. Between no. 264 and 266 a brick arch over the Regulierensteeg. Building of importance as an example of a simple shop-dwelling house situated on the canal.
