Omstreeks 1863 waarschijnlijk door Nicolaas J.Kamperdijk gebouwd station van de Nederlandsche Centraal Spoorweg Maatschappij, kleinste type in de vorm van een vergrote baanwachterswoning, doch van verzorgde architectuur met geblokte hoeklisenen, vensteromlijstingen enz. Oorspronkelijke stationsnaamaanduiding met letters in reliëf nog aanwezig evenals het originele plaatskaartenloket.

A station of the Dutch Central Railway Company, probably built around 1863 by Nicolaas J. Kamperdijk, of the smallest type in the form of an enlarged signal keeper's dwelling, but of careful architecture with blocked corner lisenes, window frames, etc. Original station name designation with letters in relief still present as well as the original timetable ticket office.
