Huis met trapgevel in Haarlemse trant, XVIIb, met uitspringende banden, hoek- en boogblokken. Toppilaster tussen gebeeldhouwde vleugelstukjes. Gevelsteen met ANNO, een steen met achter de latere ingangsomlijsting schuilgaand jaartal en een steen met de voorstelling van een kerkje en: DIT IS UITENDAM. Pui met naar de straat glooiende overgang, XVIII. Deur, XVIII, en bovenlicht, XIX, tussen verdiepte pilasters, XVIII.

House with stepped gable in Haarlem manner, second half of 17th century, with projecting bands, corner and arch blocks. Top pilaster between carved wingpieces. Facade stone with ANNO, a stone with the year concealed behind the later entrance framing and a stone with the depiction of a small church and: DIT IS UITENDAM. Shop front with sloping transition to the street, 18th century. Door, 18th century, and fanlight, 19th century, between recessed pilasters, 18th century.
