V.m.IJkkantoor, thans Padvindershuis. Vrijstaand rechthoekig gebouw met aan de zijde van het Molenwater een lijstgevel met onversierde toegangsdeuren aan de straat en op de verdieping in de middentravee twee door snijwerk omgeven vensters. Kroonlijst met gesneden consoles en jaartalcijfer 1739. Kelderluik aan de straat.

Detached rectangular building with a cornice-topped facade facing the Molenwater, with undecorated entrance doors on the street and on the first storey in the central bay two windows surrounded by carved work. Cornice with carved consoles and date figure 1739. Cellar hatch on the street.
