Omschrijving
Huis met brede lijstgevel. Kroonlijst met gesneden consoles. Eenvoudige voordeuromlijstingen en hardstenen stoeptrappen. Bovenlicht met rozet. Achttiende eeuw. Bree 48-50-50a is omstreeks 1742 gebouwd, gelijktijdig met de Lutherse kerk Zuidsingel 70. Het toezicht op de bouw werd gehouden door de ontwerper van de kerk, Jan de Munck. Bree 48 is de voormalige pastorie van de Lutherse kerk. Bree 50-50a combineert de functie van kosterij met consistorie. Vanuit Bree 50-50a is er een interne doorgang naar de Lutherse kerk. Het orgel van de kerk is alleen bereikbaar via een trap in Bree 50-50a en de blaasbalg staat op de tweede verdieping van het pand. House with broad cornice-topped facade. Cornice with carved consoles. Simple front door mouldings and stone stoep steps. Fanlight with rosette. Eighteenth century. Bree 48-50-50a was built around 1742, at the same time as the Lutheran church Zuidsingel 70. Supervision of the construction was carried out by the designer of the church, Jan de Munck.
