Eenvoudige voordeuromlijsting. XVIII. Op het terrein van het huis aan de watergang: Theekoepel. Vrijstaand verdiepingloos vierzijdig gebouwtje met rond gebouwde hoeken. Deuren- aan land- en waterzijde -met omlijsting en bekroning van snijwerk. Schilddak door vaasjes bekroond. XVIII.
