Aansluitend aan de Abdijring en haaks op de refter een bakstenen GEBOUW, van twee verdiepingen met kruisvensters gevat in spitsbogen en rechts een poortje met korfboog, XVIa. Oorspronkelijk kanunnikenwoning en Refter, daarna zetel van de Admiraliteit, later Gerechtshof, Concertzaal en Statenzaal. Na de brand van 1940 in oude vorm hersteld. Belangrijk vanwege de aanwezigheid van een tufstenen muurgedeelte met Romaanse vensters en de mooie in de 13e eeuw overwelfde kelders.

Description
Adjoining the Abdijring and perpendicular to the refectory a brick BUILDING, of two storeys with cross windows set in pointed arches and on the right a small door with basket arch, 16th century first half. Originally canon residence and Refectory, later seat of the Admiralty, subsequently Court House, Concert Hall and States Hall. After the fire of 1940 restored in its original form. Important due to the presence of a tufa stone wall section with Romanesque windows and the fine vaulted cellars from the 13th century.
