Haaks op de Commissariswoning aansluitend hoog bakstenen GEBOUW, gelegen aan het Abdijplein voor het Pandhof. Gevel van twee verdiepingen met kruiskozijnen, van boven afgesloten door rondboogfries met driepasvulling. Zadeldak en boven de gevellijst uitrijzende stenen dakkapellen. Aan het Abdijplein uitgebouwde achtkante traptoren met twee geledingen, van baksteen met geprofileerde lisenen met spitsboog en driepasvulling. Na de brand in oude vorm vernieuwd.

Description
High brick BUILDING adjoining the Commissioner's Residence at right angles, situated on Abdijplein in front of the Pandhof. Façade of two storeys with cross windows, closed at the top by a round arch frieze with trefoil filling. Gabled roof and stone roof dormers rising above the façade cornice. Octagonal stair tower with two stages built out at Abdijplein, of brick with profiled pilasters with pointed arch and trefoil filling. After the fire renewed in the original form.
