HOSPITAAL van Sint Gillis. Langgerekt laag gebouw onder een met de straat parallel gelegen zadeldak. Voorgevel met kruiskozijnen van Naamse steen in het midden een gebeeldhouwde ingangsomlijsting van Naamse steen met Lodewijk XV-cartouche, het opschrift 17 IN SINT GILLIS HOSPITAAL 62 en daarboven een afgekapte voorstelling van Sint Gillis. Vier dakkapellen. Links een iets smallere aanbouw met voorgevel van drie traveeën in dezelfde trant als het hoofdgebouw.

HOSPITAL of Sint Gillis. Long low building under a gabled roof parallel to the street. Front gable with cross windows of Namur stone in the centre a carved entrance surround of Namur stone with Louis XV cartouche, the inscription 17 IN SINT GILLIS HOSPITAAL 62 and above it a truncated representation of Sint Gillis. Four roof dormers. On the left a somewhat narrower annex with front gable of three bays in the same manner as the main building.
