Huis met lijstgevel, voorzien van verticale reliefbanden en een segmentboogingang en -vensters in Naamse steen. Boven de geprofileerde oorspronkelijke ingangsomlijsting (thans venster) een gevelsteen met tredmolen 17 IN DE REYP GRUDT MOLEN 46. Twee dakkapellen boven elkaar. Inwendig een Lodewijk XVI-schoorsteenmantel.

House with cornice-topped facade, provided with vertical relief bands and a segmental-arch entrance and windows in Namur stone. Above the moulded original entrance surround (now a window) a facade stone with treadmill 17 IN THE REYP GRUDT MILL 46. Two roof dormer windows one above the other. Internally a Louis XVI fireplace mantel.
