PAND nr 31 met aan de voorzijde een lijstgevel, XVIII, met een ingang en vensters in Naamse steen. De achtergevel bevat belangrijke resten van Naamse steen met o.a. het gat voor de as van het molenrad. Dergelijke resten met gat voor de as van een tweede molenrad zijn te zien in de achtergevel van nr 33. Dit huis heeft aan de straat een lijstgevel met vensters in Naamse steen. Gebroken kap. Dakkapellen. Over de Jeker een gemetselde boogbrug.
