Omschrijving
PAND met gevel onder rechte lijst, met hardstenen onderpui, plm 1800. Het tuinhuis in de tuin van het grachtenhuis wordt afzonderlijk beschermd onder monumentnummer 528264.
Het woonhuis dat oorspronkelijk uit 1690 dateert, is omstreeks 1800 zowel intern en extern verbouwd. Evenals de onderpui zijn ook de cordonlijst die de begane grond van de verdiepingen scheidt en de raamdorpels en de vier stoeppalen van hardsteen. Aan de achtergevel is een twintigste-eeuwse aanbouw die voor de bescherming van ondergeschikt belang is. Het interieur bevat nog een aantal uit oogpunt van monumentenzorg waardevolle onderdelen, die voornamelijk van rond 1800 dateren, zoals de marmeren lambris en vloer in de hal en het trappenhuis, zwartmarmeren schoorsteenmantels en stucplafonds op de eerste verdieping. Description
Property with facade under straight cornice, with ashlar plinth, circa 1800. The garden house in the garden of the canal house is separately protected under national monument number 528264.
The residential house, which originally dates from 1690, was rebuilt both internally and externally around 1800. As is the plinth, the cornice that separates the ground floor from the storeys, the window sills and the four bollards are of ashlar. On the rear facade is a twentieth-century extension which is of subordinate importance for the purposes of monument preservation. The interior still contains a number of components of value from the perspective of monument conservation, which date mainly from around 1800, such as the marble wainscoting and floor in the hall and stairwell, black marble chimney surrounds and stucco ceilings on the first storey. On the second storey too there are marble chimney surrounds and stucco ceilings. The section of the spiral staircase between first and second storey is of earlier date.
