Koetshuis met schuur, behorend bij voormalig klooster Mater Dei (apart monumentnummer 26020). Overtuin met veelhoekige Louis XVI koepel, botenhuis en hek. De bij het landhuis behorende overtuin ligt tegenover de voorgevel van het voormalig klooster, tussen de Dorpsstraat en de Vecht. De tuin is symmetrisch aangelegd en wordt van de straat gescheiden door een smeedijzeren hek met gietijzeren balustrades. Aan het water een treurwilg en aan de straat een reeks linden. Aan het water een houten theekoepel (18e-eeuws) met een dak van geschubde leien; ramen en deuren met een 18e-eeuwse roedeverdeling. De koepel heeft een vierkante plattegrond, driezijdig uitgebouwd aan de kant van de Vecht. Evenwijdig aan de Dorpsstraat ligt een eenvoudig, 18e-eeuws koetshuis met een laag schilddak, met gebogen dubbele deuren en spaarvelden in de straatgevel. Later, nog in de 18e eeuw, is het uitgebreid met een haaks daarop staande schuur met een zadeldak. Beide gebouwen zijn gedekt door oudhollandse pannen. De schuur heeft een in de 19e eeuw vernieuwde voorgevel.

Description
Coach house with barn, belonging to former convent Mater Dei (separate monument number 26020). Garden forecourt with polygonal Louis XVI cupola, boathouse and fence. The garden forecourt belonging to the manor house is situated opposite the front facade of the former convent, between the Dorpsstraat and the Vecht. The garden is laid out symmetrically and is separated from the street by a wrought-iron fence with cast-iron balustrades. At the water a weeping willow and at the street a row of lime trees. At the water a wooden tea cupola (18th-century) with a roof of scaled slate; windows and doors with 18th-century glazing bars. The cupola has a square plan, three-sided extended on the side of the Vecht. Parallel to the Dorpsstraat lies a simple, 18th-century coach house with a low hipped roof, with curved double doors and spandrels in the street facade. Later, still in the 18th century, it was extended with a barn at right angles with a gabled roof. Both buildings are covered with old Dutch tiles. The barn has a front facade renewed in the 19th century.
