Omschrijving
St. Werenfridus, 1898-1899, J.W. Boerbooms. Neogotisch kruisbasiliek met diagonaal geplaatste kapellen aan weerszijden van het koor en hoge, rijk gedetailleerde toren met haakse steunberen, versierd met beelden tegen de klokkenverdieping en met slanke, door een balustrade met pinakels omgeven naaldspits. Inwendig bundelpijlers, netgewelven over de hoofdbeuken en een stergewelf over de kruising. Neogotische meubilering grotendeels behouden. In de Mariakapel, Jozefkapel en beide transeptarmen gebrandschilderde glazen van de Utrechtse glazenier H.L.D. Kocken, gemaakt in de jaren 1931-32. In de Mariakapel zijn uitgebeeld: de Presentatie van Maria in de Tempel; twee apostelen bij het lege graf; de kroning van Maria door Christus. In de Jozefkapel de Droom van Jozef; Jozef als onderkoning van Egypte en de jonge dromer in koningsgewaad (de oud-testamentische Jozef); Vlucht naar Egypte. In het linker transept: Christus predikend; het hoofd van Johannes de Doper aangeboden aan koning Herodes. In het rechter transept: Mozes toont de wetstafelen; offerande aan de dans om het Gouden Kalf. In het priesterkoor zaten oorspronkelijk ook glazen van Kocken, maar deze zijn in 1958 vervangen door glazen van H. Schifferstein (Atelier Valstar) uit Bunnik. Zij stellen voor, van links naar rechts: St. Ludger, St. Werenfridus, centraal Christus als Albeheerder, waaronder Geboorte, Doop in de Jordaan en Longinus met Christus aan het Kruis, St. Martinus en geheel rechts St. Bonifacius.

Klokkenstoel met gelui van vier klokken, waarvan een van C. Fremy, 1695, diam. 62 cm. en drie moderne klokken. In de vieringtoren klok van Petit en Fritsen, 1824, diam. 48 cm. Mechanisch torenuurwerk F. van de Kerkhof, Aarle-Rixtel, later voorzien van elektrische opwinding.

St. Werenfridus, 1898-1899, J.W. Boerbooms. Neogothic cross basilica with diagonally placed chapels on either side of the choir and tall, richly detailed tower with corner buttresses, decorated with figures against the bell chamber and with slender spire surrounded by a balustrade with pinnacles. Internally clustered piers, net vaults over the main aisles and a star vault over the crossing. Neogothic furnishings largely preserved. In the Maria Chapel, Joseph Chapel and both transept arms stained glass by Utrecht glazier H.L.D. Kocken, made in the years 1931-32. In the Maria Chapel depicted: the Presentation of Mary in the Temple; two apostles at the empty tomb; the coronation of Mary by Christ. In the Joseph Chapel the Dream of Joseph; Joseph as viceroy of Egypt and the young dreamer in royal garments (the Old Testament Joseph); Flight to Egypt. In the left transept: Christ preaching; the head of John the Baptist offered to King Herod. In the right transept: Moses showing the tablets of law; offering at the dance around the Golden Calf. In the priestly choir originally also glass by Kocken, but these were replaced in 1958 by glass by H. Schifferstein (Atelier Valstar) from Bunnik. They depict, from left to right: St. Ludger, St. Werenfridus, centrally Christ as Almighty God, beneath which Birth, Baptism in the Jordan and Longinus with Christ on the Cross, St. Martinus and far right St. Boniface.
Important church by Boerbooms, also his last work, inspired by late Lower Rhine gothic. Two-manual organ with free pedal, made in 1890 by F. Eggert. Bell frame with four bells, one of which by C. Fremy, 1695, diam. 62 cm. and three modern bells. In the crossing tower bell by Petit and Fritsen, 1824, diam. 48 cm. Mechanical tower clock F. van de Kerkhof, Aarle-Rixtel, later provided with electric winding.
