Omschrijving
Woonhuis, bestaand uit: een dwarshuis, een tussenbouw en een aanbouw in de hoek van dwarshuis en tussenbouw. De tussenbouw verbindt het dwarshuis met het bijbehorende achterhuis (zie Nieuwe Oosterstraat ongenummerd, monument nr. 24279) Het dwarshuis dateert vermoedelijk uit het einde van de 16e eeuw. Dit huis is vier traveeën breed en twee verdiepingen hoog. Het wordt overdekt door een zadeldak tussen de twee tuitgevels met schoorstenen ter plaatse van de wakers. De tussenbouw dateert uit de 17e eeuw. Het is twee verdiepingen hoog en wordt overdekt door een asymmetrisch zadeldak. In de noordgevel zijn onder andere een kloosterkozijn (XVII) en twee bolkozijnen (XVII) opgenomen. Een binnenpoort (midden XVII) vormt de doorgang met de aanbouw. Description
Residential house, consisting of: a cross-wing, an intermediate building and an extension in the corner of cross-wing and intermediate building. The intermediate building connects the cross-wing with its associated rear house (see Nieuwe Oosterstraat unnumbered, monument no. 24279) The cross-wing presumably dates from the end of the 16th century. This house is four bays wide and two storeys high. It is covered by a gabled roof between the two spout gables with chimneys at the location of the gable ends. The intermediate building dates from the 17th century. It is two storeys high and is covered by an asymmetrical gabled roof. In the north facade are among others a cloister window (XVII) and two bulge windows (XVII) incorporated. An interior gateway (mid XVII) forms the passage with the extension. In both partition walls, at attic height, an interior door window (XVII) is incorporated, one of which with door. At ground floor level is a stucco ceiling (XIX). The extension, under a sloping roof, is one storey high and dates from the 17th century. The residential house is of particular importance because of its building historical values.
