Eenvoudig kapelletje met zadeldak en topgevels, rechthoekig absisje, XIX A herbouwd op oude grondvesten. Binnen een houten schotel-met-St. Janshoofd (XVIIIe eeuw?). Op een heuvel met bomen.

Simple chapel with gabled roof and stepped gables, rectangular apse, rebuilt in the first half of the 19th century on old foundations. Inside a wooden dish with St. John's head (18th century?). On a hilltop with trees.
