Pand, dat boven een latere winkelpui (XIXd-XXa) een gevel heeft, waarvan het karakter bepaald wordt door sierelementen in een midden-XVIII voorkomende trant; houten siervulling in de verdiepte boogvelden boven de vensters; houten lamberquins afhangend onder de geprofileerde natuurstenen benedendorpels en onder de lijst. Description
Building which above a later shop front (fourth quarter of the 19th to first quarter of the 20th century) has a facade whose character is determined by decorative elements in a mid-18th century style; wooden ornamental infill in the recessed arch fields above the windows; wooden lambrequins hanging beneath the moulded natural stone lintels and beneath the cornice. The character of the original building with top gable is still revealed by the blind corners beside the top window. Second half of the 18th century. Nine mortared struts span the Houtzagerssteeg between the buildings at Oudestraat 162 and 164.
