Het PAND ontleent zijn monumentale waarde uitsluitend aan het pand Burgemeester Vrijlandweg 8-10 zonder vrijstaand bijgebouw. Huis op vierkante plattegrond (XIXb) met omlopend schilddak. Aan de voorzijde stenen dakkapel met vleugelstukken en accoladevormige toog boven het driedelige venster. De van luiken voorziene vensters hebben gemoderniseerde ramen. Boven de deur een klein wapenbord met het wapen van Keppel.

Description
The BUILDING derives its monumental value exclusively from the building at Burgemeester Vrijlandweg 8-10 without a separate outbuilding. House on square plan (second half of the 19th century) with surrounding hipped roof. On the front a stone roof dormer with wing pieces and an accolade-shaped arch above the three-light window. The windows provided with shutters have modernised frames. Above the door a small coat of arms plaque with the arms of Keppel.
