Omschrijving
Kleine, in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken, uit ca.1840 daterende BOERDERIJ van het Brabantse langgeveltype onder met rode Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak met wolfeind boven Z.W.gevel; in de Z.W.gevel 6-ruits venster met luiken en zolderlicht; in Z.O.gevel met gepleisterde plint en een deur met aan weerszijden een 4-ruits venster met luiken, een staldeur met 6-ruits raam, rechtgesloten deeldeuren met venstertje en een tweede staldeur. Zeer gaaf voorbeeld van een ontginningsboerderijtje uit de periode van voor het gebruik van kunstmest en als zodanig een vrij zeldzaam stukje sociaal-agrarische geschiedenis.

Description
Small FARMHOUSE constructed in fine brickwork, dating from circa 1840, of the Brabant long-facade type beneath hipped roof covered with red Dutch tiles with half-hipped end above S.W. gable; in the S.W. gable 6-pane window with shutters and attic light; in S.E. gable with plastered plinth and a door with on either side a 4-pane window with shutters, a barn door with 6-pane window, straight-closed divided doors with small window and a second barn door. Very fine example of a small clearance farmhouse from the period before the use of artificial fertiliser and as such a fairly rare piece of social-agricultural history.
