Omschrijving
'Bank van Lening'; uit 1854 daterend pand met boven het maaiveld gelegen begane grond en onder met blauwe pannen gedekt zadeldak tussen brede tuitgevels met vlechtingen.
In de voorgevel drie rondboognissen met profiellijst rond de bovenzijde en tracering in de boogvelden en met in middelste een dubbele deur met gedeeld 8-ruits bovenlicht en in elk der buitenste twee gekoppelde 8-ruits ramen; voor de deur een gemetselde dubbele trap met bordes en rondgesloten onderdoorgang naar de kelder; boven de deur een rond venster met gietijzeren tracering en met rond de bovenste helft 'Bank van Leening' en profiellijst.
In de zij- en achtergevel(s) getoogde vensters, waarin twee gekoppelde ramen met kleine, ruitvormige roedenverdeling en enige halfronde kelderlichten. Staafankers.
Het gehele pand is onderkelderd met tongewelven loodrecht op de zijmuren en met in het midden een gang met tongewelf en twee koepelgewelven; de kelder is vermoedelijk een restant van het middeleeuwse complex der Broeders des Gemene Levens. Zoldervloer met moerbalken op muurdammen. Noordelijk van de voorgevel een bij het pand behorende muur met ronde poort en het jaartal 1854.

Description
'Bank van Lening'; building dating from 1854 with ground storey above street level and below with blue pantile-covered gabled roof between broad spout gables with weaving.
In the front gable three round-arched niches with profile moulding around the upper side and tracery in the arch fields and with in the middle a double door with divided 8-light fanlight and in each of the outer two coupled 8-light windows; in front of the door a mortared double staircase with landing and round-closed passage to the cellar; above the door a round window with cast-iron tracery and with around the upper half 'Bank van Leening' and profile moulding.
In the side and rear gables arched windows, with two coupled windows with small, lozenge-shaped glazing bars and some semicircular cellar lights. Staple wall anchors.
The entire building is undercellar with barrel vaults perpendicular to the side walls and with in the middle a passage with barrel vault and two barrel vaults; the cellar is presumably a remnant of the medieval complex of the Brethren of the Common Life. Garret floor with principal beams on wall supports. North of the front gable a wall belonging to the building with round gate and the date 1854.
