Omschrijving
Aan de zuidzijde langs de Binnen Dieze gelegen, achttiende-eeuwse pand met verdieping onder met pannen gedekt zadeldak tussen (gedeeltelijk) gepleisterde tuitgevels met vlechtingen. In zuidgevel negenruits schuiframen; in west- en noordgevel schuiframen met achttiende-eeuwse roedenverdeling; in oostgevel deur met achtruits bovenlicht; T-raam met achtruits bovenlicht op verdieping; getoogde zestienruits zolderraam en ovaal venster in geveltop. Inwendig: indeling in langs gang gelegen kamerwoninkjes met insteek; enkelvoudige eiken en grenen balklagen; kap met zeven dekbalkjukken en schaarspanten met balk.

Description
Located on the south side along the Binnen Dieze, eighteenth-century building with storey under gabled roof covered with tiles between (partly) rendered spout gables with woven infill. In south facade nine-pane sash windows; in west and north facades sash windows with eighteenth-century glazing bars; in east facade door with eight-pane fanlight; T-window with eight-pane fanlight on storey; arched sixteen-pane attic window and oval window in gable top. Interior: arrangement of room-dwellings with lobbies on lengthwise corridor; simple oak and pine beam-and-joist floors; roof truss with seven tie-beam yokes and scissor-braces with beam.
