Omschrijving
Aan de zuidzijde langs de Binnen Dieze gelegen, in gele baksteen opgetrokken pand (XVIII B) met verdieping onder met pannen gedekt zadeldak. In zuidgevel 9-ruits schuiframen. In de met geprofileerde gootlijst afgesloten noordgevel: op begane grond 35-ruits schuifraam, tot deur met gedeeld bovenlicht gewijzigd venster, deur met 9-ruits bovenlicht, tot deur met bovenlicht gewijzigd venster, rondboognis met opgeklampte deur; op de verdieping drie vensters met 15-ruits bovenlicht en onder draairamen. Staafankers. Inwendig: enkelvoudige eiken balklagen; kap met grenen dekbalkjukken en schaarspanten met balk.

Description
Located on the south side along the Binnen Dieze, building in yellow brickwork (second half of the 18th century) with storey under gabled roof covered with tiles. In south facade 9-pane sash windows. In the north facade closed with moulded drip moulding: on ground floor 35-pane sash window, until door with divided fanlight modified window, door with 9-pane fanlight, until door with fanlight modified window, round-arched niche with affixed door; on the storey three windows with 15-pane fanlight and below casement windows. Rod anchors. Interior: simple oak beam-and-joist floors; roof truss with pine tie-beams and scissor-braces with beam.
