Omschrijving
Pand (XIX B met oudere kern) met verdieping onder met Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak. De in schoon metselwerk opgetrokken voorgevel met hardstenen plint heeft een paneeldeur met gedeeld bovenlicht en in totaal vijf 6-ruits ramen en is afgesloten door een geprofileerde kroonlijst met omlijste panelen. In de gepleisterde, met kroonlijst afgesloten achtergevel zitten 4-ruits schuiframen. Inwendig: kelder met tongewelf onder achterhuis; voorhuis met moeren kinderbinten verdiepingsbalklaag; overige balklagen enkelvoudig; kap met schaarspanten.

Description
Property (second half of 19th century with older core) with storey under a hipped roof covered with Dutch tiles. The front elevation erected in fine brickwork with stone plinth has a panel door with divided fanlight and in total five 6-pane windows and is closed off by a profiled cornice with framed panels. In the plastered, cornice-terminated rear elevation sit 4-pane sash windows. Internally: cellar with barrel vault under rear house; front house with keyed joist tie-beams storey floor layer; other floor layers single; roof truss with collar-tied trusses.
