Omschrijving
In schoon metselwerk opgetrokken pand (XIXb) onder met blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak; op de begane grond in het midden een brede doorgang (naar achterliggende, ca. 1975 gesloopte arbeiderswoningen (XIX A).
De voorgevel heeft een gepleisterde met cordonlijst afgesloten begane grond en is afgesloten door een eenvoudige kroonlijst. In voor- en achtergevel getoogde vensters met 8-ruits (begane grond en 1e verd.) en 4-ruits (2e verd.) schuiframen; gedeeltelijk verbrede poortdeuren met drieruits bovenlicht en huisdeuren met gedeeld bovenlicht.

Description
Property erected in fine brickwork (second half of 19th century) under a hipped roof covered with blue Dutch tiles; on the ground floor in the middle a broad passageway (to rear-lying, circa 1975 demolished workers' dwellings (first half of 19th century)).
The front elevation has a plastered ground floor terminated with a cordon line and is closed off by a simple cornice. In front and rear elevations arched windows with 8-pane (ground floor and 1st storey) and 4-pane (2nd storey) sash windows; partly widened carriage doors with three-pane fanlight and house doors with divided fanlight.
