Omschrijving
De Moriaan. Zou gesticht zijn rond 1185; in huidige vorm grotendeels dertiende eeuw. Linker voorhelft veranderd door inbouw van een ander huis. Baksteen met toepassing van natuursteen. Kelder met spaarbogen, in hout gedekt, waaronder zware middenbalk op bakstenen pijlers via grote sleestukken.
Uitgekraagde traptoren op de oosthoek. Boven de kelder in de gevel een segmentboogfries. In spitsboognissen gevatte vensters op de verdieping. Aanzet van trapgevel. Pand in tweeën gedeeld door vakwerkwand. In restauratie.

Description
De Moriaan. Said to have been founded around 1185; in its present form largely thirteenth century. Left front half altered by the insertion of another house. Brick with the use of natural stone. Cellar with relieving arches, covered in wood, beneath which a heavy central beam on brick piers via large spanning stones.
Project jettied stair tower on the east corner. Above the cellar in the facade a segmental arch frieze. Windows in pointed arch recesses on the storey. Beginning of stepped gable. Building divided in two by timber-framed wall. Under restoration.
