Pastorie der St.Jacobskerk; gedeeltelijk onderkelderd, in oorsprong waarschijnlijk 17e eeuws en in de 19e eeuw gebosseerd gepleisterd pand met twee verdiepingen onder met blauwe Hollandse pannen gedekt schilddak, dat door sloop van de naastliggende panden in ca. 1930 tot hoekpand is geworden. De gevels hebben een hardstenen plint, cordonlijsten en zijn afgesloten met een gestucte geprofileerde kroonlijst met goot op klossen; op de begane grond vensters met stalen 8-ruits ramen en aan de voorzijde met geprofileerde stucwerkomlijsting en kuif; op de verdieping vensters met 6-ruits stalen ramen en aan de voorzijde met geprofileerde omlijsting. Aan de voorzijde deur met bovenlicht, stucwerk omlijsting en kuif. Inwendig moer- en kinderbinten balklagen.

Description
Parsonage of St. Jacob's Church; partly cellared, originally probably 17th-century and in the 19th century rusticated and plastered building with two storeys beneath a hipped roof covered with blue Dutch tiles, which by demolition of the adjoining buildings became a corner building around 1930. The facades have a hardstone plinth, string courses and are finished with a moulded stucco cornice with gutter on consoles; on the ground floor windows with steel 8-pane frames and on the front side with moulded stucco frame and cap; on the first floor windows with 6-pane steel frames and on the front side with moulded frame. On the front side a door with fanlight, stucco frame and cap. Internally tie beams and ceiling joists beam layers.
