Vlaminckhorst. Vrijliggend pand op rechthoekige grondslag gedekt door schilddak. De ongepleisterde voorgevel heeft vensters met roedenverdeling. Typisch voorbeeld van de buitenhuizen zoals tal van Zwollenaren die in de 19e eeuw in de omstreken van Heino en Dalfsen hebben bezeten.
