BOERDERIJ waarvan het in de 19e eeuw verbouwde woongedeelte een overblijfsel is van het laat-middeleeuwse Fraterklooster Hulsbergen. In het rechter deel van de voorgevel fragmenten van gotische vensters. In de achtergevel, zichtbaar vanuit de 19e eeuwse stal, een gotische poortomlijsting van gebakken profielsteen. Het woonhuis, dat klesoortjes bezit, wordt gedekt door een rieten schilddak, aan de noordzijde aansluitend tegen een puntgevel met rookkanaal in de as. Vensters met luiken en zesruitsdraairamen.

Description
FARMHOUSE of which the residential part, remodelled in the 19th century, is a remnant of the late-medieval Friary Hulsbergen. In the right part of the front facade fragments of Gothic windows. In the rear facade, visible from the 19th-century stable, a Gothic doorway surround of fired moulded brick. The residential house, which has glazed tiles, is covered by a thatched hipped roof, abutting on the north side against a pointed gable with flue in the axis. Windows with shutters and six-light casement windows.
