Omschrijving
PAND met verdieping, lage zolderverdieping en zadeldak, evenwijdig aan de straat tussen puntgevels. Het huis dateert in oorsprong uit de 16e eeuw. De voorgevel heeft een houten kroonlijst en een winkelpui met getoogde schuifvensters tussen gesneden pilasters, een eierlijst onder het hoofdgestel, derde kwart 19e eeuw. Zesruitsschuifvensters op de eerste verdieping, 16e eeuwse kelder van twee traveeën met ribloze kruisgewelven en stenen keldertrap. Begane-grond: gang met marmeren plavuizen. Kamer met 17e eeuwse balkenzoldering met vakkenverdeling. 18e eeuwse paneeldeuren. Deur met halfrond, gedeeld bovenlicht in geprofileerde omlijsting naar trapopgang. Spiltrap met raam in zandstenen kozijn, 16e eeuw. Eerste verdieping: kamer met balkenzoldering. Voorts een 16e eeuwse strokendeur. Description
BUILDING with storey, low attic storey and gabled roof, parallel to the street between pointed gables. The house dates originally from the 16th century. The front facade has a wooden cornice and a shopfront with arched sash windows between carved pilasters, an egg moulding under the main lintel, third quarter 19th century. Six-pane sash windows on the first storey, 16th-century cellar of two bays with rib-less cross vaults and stone cellar stairs. Ground floor: hallway with marble paving. Room with 17th-century beam ceiling with panel division. 18th-century panel doors. Door with semicircular, divided fanlight in moulded frame leading to the stairwell. Spiral stair with window in sandstone frame, 16th century. First storey: room with beam ceiling. Furthermore a 16th-century striped door. The attic stairs have on the landing a 17th-century stair railing with balusters. 16th-century roof truss structure with chamfered beams; gabled roof of three bays, parallel to the street and flanked by pointed gables. The roof truss over the rear building has two bays with carpenters' marks.
